Where do you ship from?
We ship from our supplier/warehouse locations depending on product availability.
Can I change or cancel my order?
We work fast to process orders as soon as possible, so any changes or cancellations must be requested within 12 hours of placing your order.
After that time, your order may already be in processing. Once received, you may still be able to request a return depending on our return policy.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, as well as PayPal and other secure payment methods available at checkout.
When will my order be processed?
Orders are processed Monday through Friday. Please allow 1–3 business days for order processing. Orders are not usually processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Shipping times may vary depending on your location and product demand. Most orders arrive within 2–4 weeks.
What if I don’t receive my order?
If your order does not arrive within 30 days after shipment, please contact us and we’ll review your case. If eligible, we will offer a replacement or refund.

We’re sorry about that. Please contact us right away at support@vyzari.com with your order number, photos of the item, and any related details. We’ll do our best to make it right as quickly as possible.
When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are sent back to your original payment method. Once approved, refunds typically take 7–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank or card provider.
